You will have to email our customer service department with details of your name, order number and the reason for the return. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns MUST be accompanied by an RMA number.

Credit will be made only by refund back to the card that was used for the original purchase. The credit may be subject to a $5.00 re-stocking fee.
